  Appointment was at 9:00am. I Didn't even get to the dental chair to see the doctor until 11:00am. The place was like a cattle farm, get as many in as possible then take forever to get to them. I've been to dental assistant school and know about teeth and their is know way that every patient sitting in their had gingivitis. If you walked in there you have gingivitis, if your reading this you have gingivitis, everybody has gingivitis, according to them. The doctor didn't even call out the right teeth numbers. I seen my xray and it was fine. My wisdom teeth were not impacted or growing sideways and are not bothering me in any way. According to the doctor I need them all extracted ASAP and they have cavities. We must have been looking at two different xrays because mine were great. The patient before me had their xrays still up on the screen. HIPPA. Then this magical gingivitis that I supposedly had along with evey other patient can only be cured with this magical medicated mouthwash and a $135 toothbrush that they had. Wow. What makes it even worse the magical medicated mouthwash was this $4 bottle of extra strength Listerine sitting on the table. But that magical bottle costs tripple because the doctor is putting it into your mouth I'm guessing. Along with this $135 electric thooth brush that is the only thing that well work on your teeth. I'm shocked there even is a toothbrush industry. According to them that $135 brush is it, thats the only one to do anything. Aspen Dental reminds me of a fast food franchise. Lie and screw people over and multiple it accept as a dentist office and make up new things to charge you so your bill is so high that you would have to apply for financing. Even with my great dental insurance magically it doesn't cover nearly anything. I wonder why. Oh, it's because of all the made up or completely unnecessary things on my bill that my insurance company is saying no, were not paying for that. If Aspen Dental wanted to actually help people, why not with people who actuallty have insurance you only charge them what there insurance pays for the service so people don't have a left over bill. But I'm sure that would be to wright. Overall I would not recommend or refer anyone their.
