  I went to see Dr. Michel this week for the first time. I was very impressed with him. He was very understanding of my situation and offered different solutions. I loved his honesty which is not that common anymore (sadly). He took the time to explain in great detail where I understood completely. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Being in a dental chair can be frightening! His assistant (Amy) was great! She was very careful while taking x-rays. Those mouth pieces can hurt. She offered me a blanket and even a teddy bear to hold. How sweet is that? Joan who works in the office was very nice and polite. She made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in the door. I will definitely revisit his office if I ever need a root canal. Great job everyone!

  After being scared and worried for several months, I made my appointment for a root canal with Dr. Michel. He and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. The procedure went so well that I fell asleep during my root canal. It was obvious to me that Dr. Michael is passionate about his work. It's been two weeks since my root canal and I still have had no issues.

  Dr. Michel is hands down the best Endo in Texarkana. My husband has had a lot of work completed by him and each and every experience has been wonderful. He even helped him out on a weekend for an emergency situation. To find a doctor or dentist to drop what they are doing to help out a patient when they aren't necessarily "on call" is very few and far between.
