- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The dentist was polite and professional, but almost too professional. I felt no sense of compassion from any of the staff, especially their financial official. All they care about is money. She actually had the nerve to use scare tactics by repeating that I would have a gap in my smile if I didn't pay for the procedure. Yes, I understood this before she said anything to me. To repeat it only made it seem like a forceful sales pitch. It cost me $60 for them to tell me they couldn't help me without copious amounts of money on hand. When I handed them my initial registration paperwork, the staff behind the front desk was more interested in talking to each other about getting their hair and nails done than getting my visit completed in an expedient manner. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone, and I'm certainly not going to return.January 25, 2017by Tom Jefferson
